Mooshy's return policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return the item, and it adheres to the returns criteria below, you will receive an online credit note. We do not offer a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or fit.
Exchanges are not permitted. Once obtaining your online credit note we recommend that you use it to purchase an alternative size or style.
An online credit note will be issued once Mooshy have received the garment and it adheres to the returns criteria below. Online credit notes will not be accepted in store and will only be accepted for online purchases. Online credit notes are valid for three (3) months.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect item has been shipped to you, or that you believe an item is faulty, please notify us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and lease attach a photo to the email.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you obtain a copy of the tracking information, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
· The item needs to be received by Mooshyco within 14 days or the customer receiving the item (21 days for international customers).
· The garment must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all swing tags attached.
· Garments must not be damaged or altered. This includes stained by fake tan or make up, and must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
· Item is not a body suit, jewellery, swimwear or intimates.
· Must not be a sale item.
